About Heather
A therapist who begins by understanding you.
Heather Holland is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering client-centered therapy for children ages 5+, teens, adults, couples, families, and caregivers.
Warm, collaborative care
Heather believes therapy should be shaped around the person—not a formula. She creates a respectful space where clients can talk honestly, understand what they are experiencing, recognize their strengths, and develop practical ways forward.
Her work is collaborative and client-centered. You bring your lived experience, values, needs, and goals; Heather brings clinical knowledge, curiosity, practical tools, and support.
Experience across ages and life circumstances
Heather has extensive experience supporting children and families as well as adults navigating stress, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and major life changes. Treatment is adapted to each client’s age, comfort, maturity, strengths, and goals.
A flexible, practical approach
Heather may draw from client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT-informed skills, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, strengths-based work, trauma-informed care, and psychoeducation.
Heather works with clients from various religious and secular backgrounds but does not provide faith-integrated therapy.
